Refund policy

Requests for refund will not be accepted after the close of online registration (25th June 2025). We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after

receiving your confirmation of order, to request a return povided that date does not pas 25th June 2025. 

To start a return, you can contact us at volksfeesten.moorsel@gmail.com. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and your order number (from your email receipt). 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a refund to the original card on which the purchase was made.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request for a refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
